Shipping and Returns
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Our current processing time is always displayed at the top of our website for convenience.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
If you don't see your confirmation email, please check your Spam or Promotions folder and add us to your address book to ensure you don't miss any updates.
Please make sure your billing and shipping information is correct before replacing your order, as we are unable to correct errors once it's submitted. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have it sent again.
Shipping Issues
Actual delivery times depend on the postal service. Once your package has been scanned and handed over, we no longer have control over its transit. We are not responsible for delays, reroutes, or failed deliveries once the package is in the carrier's hands. Please contact the shipping provider for any help with lost or delayed packages.
Please note: when shipping during warmer temperatures, wax may soften slightly. This will not affect the quality of the product.
RETURN POLICY
Because fragrance products are handmade and personal, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges. Each item is carefully crafted and intended for use in your home, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot resell products once they've left our studio.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If there is an issue with your order, please give us the opportunity to make it right. Please open and review your order within 72 hours of delivery. If you notice any issues - such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item - reach out to us at info@houseofhadani within this timeframe. Include your order number, a brief description, and photos so we can quickly evaluate and provide a replacement or credit to your account.
Requests submitted after 72 hours cannot be honored. For some cases, we may ask for the item or a sample to be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement or credit. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding.
